Over six years, I supported Lexus of Richmond’s marketing presence through digital strategy, content creation, social media, and campaign management. In addition to my marketing responsibilities, I served as a Technology Specialist — assisting guests with Lexus in-vehicle technology, conducting hands-on sessions, and supporting the Delivery and Technology team to enhance the customer experience. Following the dealership’s transition to corporate ownership, my marketing role was absorbed into the larger regional marketing team.
